DMXhub is provided free of charge by CUE++ ("we", "us"). By downloading or using DMXhub you agree to these terms.

License. You may download, install, and use DMXhub for personal and commercial lighting work at no cost. You may not resell DMXhub or distribute modified copies of it as your own.

No warranty. DMXhub is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Lighting control is used in live and production environments. You are responsible for testing your setup and for the safe operation of your rig. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CUE++ is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of DMXhub.

Updates. We may release updates that add, change, or remove features. The in-app updater is optional and you control when to install.

Ownership & trademarks. DMXhub, its name, and its logo are owned by CUE++. Art-Net is a trademark of Artistic Licence Engineering Ltd; sACN (ANSI E1.31) is a standard published by ESTA. DMXhub is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them.
