Privacy Policy

DMXhub is a free macOS application that routes lighting control data on your local network. It is built to keep your data on your own machine.

What we collect: nothing personal. DMXhub has no account system and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Your lighting data (the Art-Net and sACN universes you route) is processed entirely on your computer and local network. It is never sent to us or to any third party.

No analytics or telemetry are built into the DMXhub application.

Software updates. When DMXhub checks for updates it contacts dmxhub.io and GitHub to read the latest version manifest and, if you choose to install, download the update. These requests transmit only what any web request includes (such as your IP address and the app version) and are used solely to deliver updates. You can ignore update prompts at any time.

This website. dmxhub.io is a static marketing site. It does not run advertising or cross-site tracking. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (for example IP address and request time) for security and reliability, as is normal for any website.
